Our History
In the Spring of 1997, EDS restructured its customer management organizations to form CustomerSolutions and made its first major acquisition since the split-off from General Motors. EDS purchased Neodata Services, Inc., and integrated the knowledge of four established industry leaders to create EDS/Centrobe. More than the sum of its parts, (Neodata Services Inc., dbINTELLECT Technologies, The Lacek Group, and EDS CustomerSolutions) EDS/Centrobe offers clients a complete continuum of customer-focused service offerings ranging from marketing planning and creative to database marketing, customer care and fulfillment. Headquartered in Louisville, Colorado,Centrobe is now the worlds largest provider of end-to-end Enterprise Customer Management (ECM). |
